New Subject Editors Wanted!

Nordic Journal of Botany is looking for new Subject Editors to join the editorial board! We are specifically interested in scientific experts in the fields of ecology and evolution of plant reproductive systems, conservation and restoration and African plant taxonomy. We welcome especially non-male scientists from outside of Europe in order to diversify our editorial board! Junior scientists with a good publshing background are also welcome!
As a subject editor, you are in charge of selecting and inviting reviewers and making a decision recommendation to the Editor-in-Chief for the manuscripts which you receive. Furthermore, you would support special initiatives with the journal, for example special issues or invited reviews, develop our board of subject editors and authors to represent the geographical and scientific areas we wish to cover and be an ambassador for the journal on social media and at conferences you may attend for your own research.
