Impatiens rugosipetala sp. nov. (Balsaminaceae) from Arunachal Pradesh, Northeast India

Impatiens rugosipetala is described and illustrated here from Arunachal Pradesh, NE India. The species is characterised with brick-red flowers, narrowly elliptic to lanceolate coriaceous leaves, lower sepals mouth with thick awn or beak, hooked spur and rugose petals.
