Spiradiclis lui, a new species of Rubiaceae from China

Spiradiclis lui, a new species of Rubiaceae from Guangxi, southwestern China, is described and illustrated. It is most similar to S. umbelliformis, but differs from the latter in its glabrous stems, ovate or oval leaf blades, the placement of stamens and stigmas inside corollas. In addition, the conservation status is evaluated as “VU” according to the IUCN Red List Categories and Criteria.
